In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping/Gifting charges be credited back?

No, shipping or COD charges are non-refundable. Only the product cost is refunded.

My product has been picked up but I have not got my refund yet.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the product passes quality check at our warehouse.

When will I get my exchanged product delivered?

Once your returned product reaches us and passes inspection, the replacement will be shipped within 2–3 days.

I have created a return request. When will the product be picked up?

Our logistics partner will pick up your product within 2–4 business days of your return request.

I have created an exchange request. When will the product be picked up?

Exchange pickups are generally scheduled within 2–4 business days, similar to return pickups.

What are the terms of the exchange policy?

Products can be exchanged once per order and must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.

How do I create a return request?

Go to our Return Request Page and fill out the form. Our team will contact you within 24–48 hours.

Where should I self-ship the returns?

Please ship the return to our warehouse address mentioned on the invoice or contact customer care for details.

The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?

No, refunds will be processed as per the discounted amount paid by you during purchase.

What are the terms of the Return Policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
