Cancellation & Refunds
1. Return and Exchange Policy
Eligibility Window:
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Reverse Pickup Charges:
As per our Fair Usage Policy, a return handling fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted.
Pickup Process:
Return pickups are usually scheduled within 24–48 hours of your request.
We will attempt a maximum of three pickups.
Reverse pickup availability may vary by location.
2. Refund Procedure
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be issued to your GoodTimes Wallet within 1–2 business days after successful pickup.
COD payments will be refunded to bank accounts.
For Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after return pickup.
Refund will be initiated after the checking of the product quality
Important Notes:
Reward points, store credits, and shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Wallet refunds can be used on future GoodTimes purchases
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange:
Items must be in original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Used, damaged, or worn items will not be accepted for return or refund.
In case of receiving a defective product, you must upload an unboxing video clearly showing the damage at the time of opening the package. This is required to process your return or exchange request.
4. Promotional Orders and Free Product Offers
Orders placed during promotions like Buy One Get One Free or similar deals with free items are not eligible for return or exchange.
5.Delivery Charges
Orders with a cart value of ₹999 or more qualify for free delivery.
For orders below ₹999, a delivery fee of ₹70 will be applied at checkout.
