Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color issues. Exchanges can be made once per order and must meet the return conditions mentioned above.
Return Process
- Go to our Return Request Form.
- Fill in your order details and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will review and schedule a pickup within 2–4 working days.
- Once the product passes the quality check, your exchange/refund will be processed.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Accessories, innerwear, or items bought on final sale or discount are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
